1. Operator and scope

This independent, appointment-based site uses the neutral brand Trotzym Furniture Setup. The name supplied in the legal and billing record is shown only with the correspondence address in the contact and policy information. Services are offered by appointment only in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

This address is used for legal and billing correspondence only. It is not a Canadian service location, customer office or walk-in address.

2. Information you may provide

Your name, email, Ottawa postal code, chosen service, task or room description, preferred date, and anything else you include in your email. Please do not send card data, government identifiers, medical information or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Mailto form

The form does not post information to a website server. It creates a draft in your device's configured email application. You review and choose whether to send it. Your email provider then processes the message under its own terms.

4. Purposes

Information is used to answer enquiries, assess whether a request is within scope, prepare an estimate, arrange an agreed visit, maintain necessary correspondence, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

5. Hosting logs and external images

The hosting provider may automatically process IP address, browser, device, requested page, time, referrer and security logs. Service photographs are loaded from external HTTPS image servers identified by each photo's linked source page. Those servers receive ordinary request data such as IP address and browser headers.

6. Providers and international transfers

Possible technical providers include the website host, domain/DNS provider, email providers and the external image hosts linked with the photographs. Enquiry correspondence may move between Canada and Bangladesh, the country of the legal and billing address, and may also be processed where those providers operate. Different privacy laws may apply.

7. Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are generally kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply and manage follow-up, normally up to 12 months. Records connected with an agreed service may be retained longer where needed for tax, accounting, dispute or legal purposes. Hosting security logs are retained according to the host's settings.

8. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no email or internet transmission is completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry data by emailing [email protected]. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish or defend a claim.
